If you haven't planned ahead, your family, caregivers and support team
can - and do - spend months
sorting out your end of life affairs.
They miss work, lose out on income, and take on hundreds of decisions they didn't plan for.
The result?
Massive stress, financial strain, and conflict for the very people who care for you most.
Plan ahead now to avoid the preventable stressors!
Think of us like a digital filing cabinet for all of your 'in case of emergency' and end of life plans.
You'll answer questions and input information in a multitude of different categories, and then you can share sections or the whole digital filing cabinet with whoever you would like. We help families and care providers avoid the giant mess, indecision and conflict that comes with a disorganized, or unexpected death

How about our name?
We've chosen the 'Croak.ca' domain for many reasons, but we're still not sure everyone will be on board.
Evidence shows the 93% of patients still want humour when they're dealing with death to lighten the mood. And our major goal for creating this platform is to allow families to better communicate about this difficult subject.
So Croak has a double meaning--it's about communicating with your family, but also represents death. It's also very easy to brand, and easy to remember!
But we're nervous it could be too much for some people.
