FAQ

No! You can save the survey and return to it at any time to complete it. But once you've submitted it, your submission is final.  If you are someone that procrastinates we recommend once you've started to go through and finish it in one sitting. If you're good at scheduling time and making and completing to do lists, it may be better do complete the survey in a few sittings when you have the time. Once you've completed all of the questions, some people choose to think about it for a night or two, and then submit it. 

Your survey needs to be submitted for us to send your wishes to your loved ones. If there are sections you'd like to skip over, you can simply skip them and submit. You can return to complete the survey at any time once you have paid for it, within 3 months.  We will send you reminders to ensure you get it done! If you do not complete it you will have to pay a fee to 'update' your survey and can gain access where you left off. 

No. While we very much encourage it so that all of your loved ones know what you want (and the conflict around these decisions can be limited if everyone has the same information to make the decisions), you can choose to simply fill it out and share it if/when you are ready on your own. 

Yes, eventually! Once our platform is fully functional you will be able to define exactly what sections you want each loved one to receive your answers for.  In this early stage while we build the platform, this function is not yet built in. But we are just an email away and happy to customize things for you, just email us your request! Go to the contact us page and submit a request.
