About the event
Presented in partnership with Stedman Community Hospice and supported by the Petro-Canada CareMakers Foundation Grant
Join us for a unique and meaningful experience designed to support caregivers and families in planning ahead with compassion and clarity.
At the Take Care Fair, participants will bring their laptops and be guided by Dr. Laura Shoots, Emergency Physician and founder of Take Care, through using the Take Care platform to begin (or complete) their personalized care and planning journey.
Alongside the guided platform session, attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in thoughtful legacy activities at interactive stations. These activities are designed to spark reflection, foster connection, and help you create keepsakes and memories that matter most.
This is more than a workshop — it’s a chance to carve out time, in community, to prepare with love for yourself and your family.
